This would help us track who we need to message back on Facebook/Insta/TikTok more efficiently.

I am learning that if a client is unbooked and fills out a new Book Now, that does not go on the task/reminder screen, so if you happen to miss the email, you do not see that they reached out again. it is also easy to miss these if they were past booked clients. There has to be a way we can have these go in the tickler screen. We are missing out on potential sales if we don't.

Please make a way that there can be two emails attached to one file for purposes of venue bookings. We need to have the venue have a way to access their accounts with us to pay the bills, but also have the couples be able to access the planning forms.

Chase Lee It seems that having notes about each venues specific equipment requirements auto populate in the client file once the sales person puts in the venue, would help with logistical challenges that come up often down the road if not addressed in the sales call. For example: "This venue does not allow the photo booth to be setup until after the ceremony, which may effect start times." (This specific thing happened this weekend and no one knew until 2 hours prior to the event.)

Shawn Labadie Currently the default event length is associated with the Service and cannot be customized for different products (eg. 5 hours for Signature DJ, 6 hours for Premium DJ).

To get reminders for other things not just the visits. Things like call/email or text them something or get them a baby gift or birthday card to them. Plus, many more things. Thressa Sickerson

Auto-unbook events once the date has passed if they are in the drip campaign so we dont have past leads for events just stacking up

Sean Conerly I'm curious if anyone has ever asked about having a column in the tickler field that previews the subject line of the tickler. It would be nice to base my sales call flow around which part of the process everyone is in. Like being able to knock out all the easy text/email only contacts really quick, then focusing on the touch points with calls. We sort of do this already by going in and assigning times to them. For example: 1PM means it's a text/email only. 3PM means it's a phone call I know Austin and BR, we never use the Work Phone column so that just stays empty. I can see the subject line being more useful for organizing how I'm approaching the tickler list any given day.
