Shawn Labadie Currently the default event length is associated with the Service and cannot be customized for different products (eg. 5 hours for Signature DJ, 6 hours for Premium DJ).

Sean Conerly I'm curious if anyone has ever asked about having a column in the tickler field that previews the subject line of the tickler. It would be nice to base my sales call flow around which part of the process everyone is in. Like being able to knock out all the easy text/email only contacts really quick, then focusing on the touch points with calls. We sort of do this already by going in and assigning times to them. For example: 1PM means it's a text/email only. 3PM means it's a phone call I know Austin and BR, we never use the Work Phone column so that just stays empty. I can see the subject line being more useful for organizing how I'm approaching the tickler list any given day.

Ari Reynolds Can we make it so we can add other vendors to the CMS. Not just venues this would make it so we can follow up with them and keep track of our communication like we do venues

Tyler Pramberg Wondering if it would be possible to add 2 more Boxes in the Locations Tab of CMS that would describe the "service aspect" showing when the last time we were at a wedding at a venue and the next time we would be scheduled for a wedding. Mainly for booked events, I know there is marketing visits, but it would also help if we have never been to a venue or if we can see amounts of times we have been to a venue.

Chase Lee It seems that having notes about each venues specific equipment requirements auto populate in the client file once the sales person puts in the venue, would help with logistical challenges that come up often down the road if not addressed in the sales call. For example: "This venue does not allow the photo booth to be setup until after the ceremony, which may effect start times." (This specific thing happened this weekend and no one knew until 2 hours prior to the event.)

For example, if someone books a 6 hour DJ and add in any additional hours or ceremony, can the schedule screen and booking sheets show a cumulative number of hours? This would help ease confusion for team members on how many hours they are booked for, as well as help us quickly see it on the schedule screen. As long as hours are added for each add on service, it should calculate accordingly. Thanks!

Scott Karnes You know one thing that would be really nice to see in the Locations, is the number of events what you have performed but also the number of leads that said they are having wedding at this location so you can see it at a glance instead of a search.

Christian Maas As owners take some of their sales starting at 5:00 PM it would be great if we could create a method of automatically switching the name and Calendly link of the sales agent at a certain time in order to not make them do so manually
