Martin Dunn Please find attached one of the files that I exported from CMS using “Lead Source Type” “Internet” to help identify the status of paid search and cpc leads.  I organized by create date and then filtered on the cpc and paid search columns to determine the status of the paid leads.  If CMS offered a “Lead Source” of paid search, cpc, organic, gmb, & others, franchisees could search and view the information from CMS directly.  There are a lot of blanks in those columns as well.  It may be that we don’t receive the source of the lead.

Searching by coordinator would allow us to contact all of our events that have a coordinator and let them know about our other services.

Shawn Labadie I do a lot of exports out of the agreement search screen to get vital information about my business. However, it's very time consuming to eliminate the unwanted data (which is usually most of it) in the excel file after export. It would be much more efficient to pre-select only the data you want to export. I'm thinking a pop up window after you select "export" that has all the available data with check boxes next to them to turn them on or off for export. Then a apply button that moves to the e-mail screen for export.

Sarah Erb Adding Reassign agent button (just like the change lead source button) will allow easier movement of Bridal show leads to respective agent so actual Book Nows do not get lost in the mix of a large influx of bridal show leads. As DJ mentioned, this may also help to have leads assigned to actual sales agents, instead of staying in book now, therefore crediting the correct agent.
