It would helpful to see staff assigned to backup and on call for a given time period on the payroll report.

When printing off the schedule screen for on call, Drone or 2sn shooter don't come up on the booking sheets (emailed or printed) and they don't come up on the scheduled area. Marc McDonald

Jeff Baker I see if you click into each service, you can check the box for “Confirmed Event Details” there and for the overall confirmation in the Ticklers/Reminders Section, but the schedule screen only shows if each service is checked individually. Being that everything is editable in the Product/Service Line items, it would be super helpful and efficient if we could just check the box right there that details are confirmed or if the confirmed details could be auto-checked once the tickler line for confirmation has been checked. This way, we could take a quick glance at the schedule screen to see which events are not fully confirmed, similar to how we see whether client contact was made by event staff.

Name: Sue Bennett Is there any way we could see and schedule on-call and backup employees on the combined territory CMS scheduling screen? Maybe see & schedule them for each territory separately… I use my staff in both territories and need to see “everyone” who is scheduled, but can’t see the full schedule and assign (or see) a back up or on-call person from the shared screen.
