CMS Agreement Screen

Justin Johnson Video Consult is an available type for consultations, but not for regular ticklers.

Leads that come in that are already in the system can sometimes get lost in email/Text Request. If the lead is for an unbooked customer - create a new service and tickler or maybe unbook the requested services. If it's for a booked customer - create a new event unless the event date is the same as the existing event. If it's pending - create a new tickler

Reason for Change: If the owner clicked on the refund in CMS. It will automatically email Deb and owner the amount/reson/ and agreement number Name: Christopher D Gardner

When a booked product is deleted it's payments are not related to a product and need to be moved to a different product. Cici Carl Being able to change the service that the payment is applied too would help tremendously when a client cancels a services and has made multiple payments. Additional Details: When using the "Edit Payment" button, it would be nice if a drop down was available to change where the payment was applied. This would also help with the contracts that are all-inclusive with venues so the payments apply properly.

Cici Carl When building quotes with clients, sometimes they will mention a service that they didn't originally request or want a package option. It would be nice to see the main services turn red or a different color when it's a 'lead/pending' if we are already fully booked on that date so that we don't have to go into availability for each service to see if its fully booked already and accidently oversell a service.

Cici Carl When I am building contracts for clients, the "venue/location" drop down shows inactive venues and some venues are double's in the system from prior staff. It would be nice to only have the active venues as a selection.

Damon Russell Instead of just displaying which tickler/text, I would like to also have the actual message sent displayed in the notes

Reason for Change: Can we lease opt out of the reminder window when we reassign an agent from the Agreement screen? Perhaps on a user level basis (only Owners and/or GMs). Justin Loser

Damon When somebody uses more than 1 name, CMS displays everything that was written in that field for texts and email which makes it look spammy.

Scott Stanley When clients do the math looking at the agreement, and know that there is, for instance, no tax, but the numbers don't add up to the package pricing. to have to explain mileage after the fact doesn't sit well with their expectations about total cost.
