Jordan Sweet With a rise in wedding planners and trying to better our communication with them, I find a lot of fellow vendors reaching out wanting start and end times of staff as well as contact info. It would be helpful to have this info in one place once staff is assigned for a simple send out to these vendors. For now, we have to type it all out manually and go into each employee file individually. Sometimes this is 5-7 employees total. Example email that happens 2-3 times a week: Hey Sam! We are excited to work with you all again! Here is the info, let me know if I can do anything else to help! Glenn Smith Hey there! Thinking about messages we use annually, or messages that change slightly to see which version works the best. It would be beneficial to be able to mark a CMS text or email as active or inactive. This would clean up the lists without loosing the message. For example... we have messages designed for end of the year. These messages are used once a year (at the end of the year). Rather than leaving them in the list, it would be helpful and keep the list more organized if we could move it to inactive when unneeded.

Glenn Smith Can we include or replace the staff member's phone number with the name of the staff member. This makes our job easier and saves us time when we have to stop and look up who hasn't made the precall by the time the email report comes out. Having a name is much more helpful than the phone number.

right now CMS is set to send a promotor email out to the first venue. that is typically a church or ceremony venue if there is more then one location. Creating a pop up perhaps when the promoter task is completed only when there is more then one location so the franchise can select multiple or jsut one location they would like the promoter email to go to allows us to get it in front of the correct people.

Tayler Bryant We have an exclusive deal with a venue, where if the bride books a certain package, it comes with our DJ. Per this deal, I get paid from the venue, and not the bride. I utilize the "Hide BL" on CMS, so the bride doesn't see it, but I've been having some issues with the venue paying balances off in full in a reasonable time ahead of the wedding. They asked me to start sending an invoice, more to just remind them. So, this is an ask to see if there's a way or to make a way to redirect the balance due emails directly to the venues email, while still having the bride's email and info in the account thru CMS.
