Client Event Manager

Right now, when we've been asked to hide pricing, the user may click on a 'Make a Payment' button and be confronted with a bunch of zeroes and error messages. What if, when asked to 'Hide Pricing', the 'Make a Payment' button were eliminated? They can't make a payment anyway. Thank you.

Allow clients to upload PDF of floor plans into event manager for venue/coordinator.

We've had a lot of write in's for the Macarena. Millennial's love it as a throwback. We stopped using crowdpurr so no need for social wall

Damon Russell Requesting that there are two dates communicated to customers for event manager access - a “due date” and “lock out date” in CMS. His process is to communicate that customers need to fill out planning forms 45 days from event date. But when they log into Event Manager, it says they have until 15 days from event before they are locked out. Which is confusing and his customers are waiting until 15 days. He doesn't want to lock them out at 45 days, but motivate them complete early.

Justin Johnson Move the "Back" and "Next" buttons from the bottom of the page to the top. That way they aren't bouncing up and down forcing the user to find them again with the cursor every time they move back and next.

Dave Hulinsky We have had an issue in the past couple years, where clients change there venue or town, and update their planner thinking that we know that they changed it. Is there some why we can be notified about changes to the sheet in venue or town? We have lost money in travel cause they change it, dont tell us. Then we have to call and it gets ugly cause they think we know cause everything is online.

Scott Bernstein Allow customers to select which service they'd like to apply payment to. This would be very helpful when paying for engagement sessions and being able to apply their payment to it for payoff prior to the session. It would also be helpful when parents are trying to pay off whichever service they are paying for separately from the couple.
