Requesting that there are two dates communicated to customers for event manager access - a “due date” and “lock out date” in CMS. His process is to communicate that customers need to fill out planning forms 45 days from event date. But when they log into Event Manager, it says they have until 15 days from event before they are locked out. Which is confusing and his customers are waiting until 15 days. He doesn't want to lock them out at 45 days, but motivate them complete early.
