We have had an issue in the past couple years, where clients change there venue or town, and update their planner thinking that we know that they changed it. Is there some why we can be notified about changes to the sheet in venue or town? We have lost money in travel cause they change it, dont tell us. Then we have to call and it gets ugly cause they think we know cause everything is online.
