Ability to have venue and client have access to Event Manager, one for payment, one for planning forms.

Please make a way that there can be two emails attached to one file for purposes of venue bookings. We need to have the venue have a way to access their accounts with us to pay the bills, but also have the couples be able to access the planning forms.
