Auto Populate Venue Notes in Client File

It seems that having notes about each venues specific equipment requirements auto populate in the client file once the sales person puts in the venue, would help with logistical challenges that come up often down the road if not addressed in the sales call.
For example: "This venue does not allow the photo booth to be setup until after the ceremony, which may effect start times." (This specific thing happened this weekend and no one knew until 2 hours prior to the event.)
