I'm curious if anyone has ever asked about having a column in the tickler field that previews the subject line of the tickler. It would be nice to base my sales call flow around which part of the process everyone is in. Like being able to knock out all the easy text/email only contacts really quick, then focusing on the touch points with calls. We sort of do this already by going in and assigning times to them. For example: 1PM means it's a text/email only. 3PM means it's a phone call
I know Austin and BR, we never use the Work Phone column so that just stays empty. I can see the subject line being more useful for organizing how I'm approaching the tickler list any given day.
