To have sales consultations show up in the online event manager for sales agents, managers and owners (anyone for whom a consultation could be assigned). Somehow that if a CMS consultation is assigned to a staff member that the basic info on the client is available so they might call remotely?

Example:

If Alex (sales person) has a consult with Ashley (bride), Alex’s event manager would have the date and time, along with Ashley’s contact info and a list of requested services. An extension of this might also include the first note from their initial web request , so that any additional pertinent info is available, especially for a “first contact” sales call. That way, Alex could potentially call form her car, home or even a park if necessary to do so.
